GP Consultations

Private GPs Who Take the Time to Listen

Most GP appointments feel rushed. Ours don’t. At The Grosvenor Practice, you will have time to talk things through properly, feel heard, and receive clear advice from an experienced local GP.

Provided by Medcentres Plus in the heart of Salisbury, we offer face-to-face, video and telephone appointments for adults and children.

At present, most appointments are paid for directly by the patient. Some insurers may reimburse private GP appointments depending on your policy, but this should be checked with your insurer before booking.

Where we are able to invoice your insurer directly, you remain responsible for any fees that are not covered, declined, delayed or only partially reimbursed by your insurer.

If there is any doubt about whether the cost can be recovered from your insurer, or if reimbursement is expected to take, or does take, more than 14 days, we would ask you to settle the invoice directly and then recover the cost from your insurer in due course.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged. For further details, please see our cancellation policy here.
